Today we are definitely keeping the Christmas tree and we realize that it is time to make the classic diet of post–New Year! More than a diet, I would say a detox from all those food, which is considered junk for our body and makes us heavy and always tired.
I want to recommend a diet that allows you to cleanse your body for six days by eating only smoothies and slowly fruits and vegetables.
It‘s important to emphasize that it is a diet that must be followed ONLY for 6 days and that allows you to cleanse the body. Surely you will find more lean (drinking smoothies only for 3 days!) But it is not a weight loss program then the lost pounds will be immediately resumed nonhardly restart your daily diet.
Now on to the details: during the first three days of the program will “eat” only fruit smoothies and vegetables, 6 daily for accuracy, while the last two days to hike to solids. The “diet” is the same for all three days, in fact, for each of these recipes is obtained the total amount, to be divided into three containers of 240 ml. As containers you can choose the mini–bottles, but also of glass jars for canning; I recommend the recipes you can stretch a bit ‘of water, but it is important not to exceed the other quantities! Finally, you will need of course a powerful blender. Let’s see the menu fluid first three days:
First, after you are up in the morning you drink a cup of water and lemon. Then you start with the first shake and continue with the other every two hours.
01: Super Immunity (against allergies and colds)
-710 Ml coconut water, 450 g spinach, 1 banana, peeled quarter beet, 74 g frozen blueberries + energy booster: 10 g chia seeds, 10 g or 20 g bee pollen raw honey, 7 g cocoa bitter. You begin to mix the coconut water, beet and frozen blueberries. You add the banana, spinach, and finally the energy booster. The pollen or raw honey prepare the body in view of seasonal allergies.
02: Flexibility (for bones and joints)
-250 Ml filtered water, a quarter of pineapple, 15 g fresh mint, parsley 15 g, 50 g cabbage, 5 g fresh ginger or powder. Cut the stems of the cabbage and pineapple zest of course. Bromelain contained nell’ananas has anti-inflammatory properties, as well as cabbage.
03: Gazpacho (to lower blood pressure)
-250 Ml filtered water, 60 ml apple vinegar, a small cucumber, peeled and seeded, a peeled lemon, a cambo celery with leaves, a small red pepper, 150 g cherry tomatoes, half a ripe avocado, 15 g parsley, a clove of garlic, 40 g red onion, Chinese cabbage leaves 3 + Spices: a pinch of red pepper, 1 pinch of turmeric, 3 g pink salt. It will mix the ingredients in the order of the list, adding the Chinese cabbage last.
04 Energy p.m. (for heart health)
-375 Ml filtered water, 2 peeled oranges, peeled 1 lime, half a ripe avocado, watercress 50 g. Blend all ingredients. It’s a smoothie rich in vitamin C, minerals and fiber.
05 The Father Of All Foods (helps the intestines and digestion)
-375 Ml filtered water, a mango, 60 g shoots Alfa Alfa, ie alfalfa (or other shoots), 35 g hemp seeds, 3 g cardamom. Blend all ingredients: the mango is rich in fiber, while alfalfa is the queen of all foods.
06 Sweet dreams (for cardiovascular health)
-750 Ml milk at your discretion nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut …), 30 g goji berries soaked in water and squeezed, 150 g chard, cinnamon. Allow to soften the goji berries in water for about an hour, then drain and blend all ingredients.
Finished the three-day liquid diet, you introduce solid foods; the ingredients are the same ones that you found in milkshakes, and fruits and vegetables, to add vegetables or whole grains (no meat and dairy). Also you continue to drink two shakes a choice at breakfast and snack; as snacks, instead, okay a fruit.
